The overall product is very flimsy, and the locking mechanism is the worst part. We use these products in a public space, out of the majority of them the lock part either doesn't work, or has just popped off; Or you can't open it without BREAKING the lock. Which really is a disappointment because you do not want people touching the expensive scent pods that go along with it. The older models of this product were way more reliable, and not a shoddy product. I don't recommend buying these unless you intend to use them once or twice.
